Most meal planners assume one eater. Mazir assumes a table: a week of meals you can plan together, checked against every diner's allergies before you cook, rolled into one shopping list and totalled up for nutrition. Free, and it works offline.
No account needed to start — your plans live on your device. Sign in only when you want them synced or shared.
The whole loop, from "what are we eating" to a checked-off shopping list.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks across seven days. Drag dishes between slots, scale servings to the number of people eating, and save a week you liked as a template to apply again later.
Everyone at the table can carry an allergen profile with three severities — fatal allergy, intolerance, preference. Every dish in the plan is cross-checked against all of them, and says who is affected and why, before you cook.
Generated from the plan, with ingredients consolidated across recipes so you buy what you need once. Check items off as you shop; the pantry keeps track of what you already have.
Build a library with ingredients, steps, times and servings, or start from the built-in recipes and make them yours. Filter by diet, rate what you cooked, and keep the history.
Share a plan with a household, a flat or a crew: propose dishes, vote on them, assign who cooks which night, and rate the result afterwards.
Build a multi-course menu for a party, send guests an RSVP link that collects their dietary restrictions, and feed those answers straight into the allergen check.
Half an hour on a Sunday, and the weeknights decide themselves.
Drop dishes into the week from your library, the built-in recipes, or a template from a week that worked.
Add the people eating. Anything that clashes with an allergen profile is flagged where you can still change it.
Generate the list, subtract what the pantry already holds, and take it to the shop on your phone.
Follow the recipe in the kitchen, then rate the dish so next month's planning knows what the table actually liked.
Everything above, on your phone and offline. The Android app is in closed testing on Google Play and anyone can join — it takes a Google account and two clicks. The iOS app is still in progress.
Mazir is local-first, which is a design decision rather than a slogan.
Plans, recipes and lists are written to a database inside your browser or phone. The app keeps working on a train, in a basement shop, or with the backend down.
Signing in adds sync across your devices and shared plans with other people. Until then nothing you enter leaves the device.
Nothing to buy, no ads, no selling of what you eat. See the privacy policy for the short version of what is stored.
Open it in the browser and plan seven days. Nothing to install, no account, no card.
